Born and raised in southern Virginia I enjoyed all sports but excelled in golf. After graduating from Roanoke College I worked as a Sales Director for an aircraft parts company before I moved to Baltimore, Maryland and began a career as a Golf Professional with the support of my wife. Having a passion for Junior Golf I became the President of the Junior Inter-Club of Baltimore and began the Junior Inter-Club of Baltimore Scholarship. In 2012, I was awarded the Middle Atlantic Section Junior Golf Leader Award for my outstanding service to Junior Golf. After moving to the Central Savannah River Area I am proud to be a part of The First Tee of Augusta where I am the Program Director.
